Psychic Mediumship Readings
What is a psychic mediumship reading?
When I connect with you psychically, it means that I blend my energy with yours to connect with your conscious and subconscious feelings, desires, life circumstances, internal or external blocks, traumas, gifts and blind spots. Although psychic ability is stereotypically thought to be predictive in nature, this is not my main focus. It is my belief, based on working experience, that the future is changeable depending on action and consequence, and that focusing on predictions can be a distraction from the meat of most psychic information: the work you can be doing to either course-correct or to prepare you for what you want to manifest.
Mediumship, on the other hand, means that I connect with your loved ones who have passed. They may come through to talk about themselves, your relationship with them, to relay messages to others around you, to give you advice, or perhaps to simply reconnect and let you know that they are with you and still care. Most of the time, those who come through are family members, friends, or other people you may have known either closely or peripherally, no more than 2-3 generations away from your own.
I might also connect with more distant ancestors, meaning ancestors from 3 or more generations back, but this doesn’t happen every time. If they do come through, it’s usually to help give some insight into how current issues you’re facing or even self-perpetuating are inherited from them, and give you advice on how to correct this.
It isn’t up to me what kind of information or who comes through. I work hard to tune into what you need to know for your highest good. This means that while I'm the one at the steering wheel, I trust Spirit to bring what's necessary to light while also being mindful of what you'd like to know.

How should I prepare for a session?
When you go to book the session, you will be prompted to answer what you would like the focus to be. Please take the time to consider this and answer truthfully. On our call, I will confirm your answer with you - and I will expect you not to say, “I’m looking for both psychic and mediumship equally, I’m open to anything that comes up at all.” This is never true! If you went to a hairdresser and they asked you what you want and you said, “anything! Cut my hair any way you like!” And they said, “really, any way?” and you said yes, it’s your fault if you walk away with a mullet (unless you wanted a mullet, in which case, you look great, but you get the idea).
Here’s how to make your choice:
Emphasis on psychic: Your main reason for booking a reading is to gain insight into your own life. You’re looking for self-development, help through transition, perhaps course-correction or making a decision. You are open to people in spirit coming through, but you’re hoping the emphasis will still be on you if they do - meaning, maybe a grandparent will come through with advice, or to share with you what they learned in their own life that can help you navigate what you are going through. You understand that whoever comes through with this intention are the most appropriate beings to guide you, however, and so you’re open to hearing from them even if it’s not who you would expect - whether that’s someone in spirit, your own energy field, your Higher Self, or your spirit guides.
Emphasis on mediumship: You are hoping to hear from one or more specific people who have passed, and even if you are also looking for life guidance, you will be upset if who you’re thinking of doesn’t come through. I’m not talking about a great-grandmother or distant relative you never met but are curious about. If you choose this option, I will assume you’ve lost someone and are needing to reconnect with them, whether that’s a parent, sibling, child, friend, romantic partner, grandparent, neighbor, co-worker - the list goes on. They may give you advice and insight into your life as well, but the bulk of these types of connections tend to be about you and them and the reconnection itself. **If you are primarily here for mediumship, make sure you read the "Am I ready for a reading?" section below.
Realistically, a psychic reading may turn into more of a mediumship reading if you actually need to hear from someone, or a mediumship reading may turn into more of a psychic reading if it turns out that you need more life advice. A reading may even end up being a blend of both, and I tend to begin by tuning in directly with you and then from there connecting to your loved ones during a mediumship reading. But, giving careful consideration to your intentions gives us a grounded starting point. It will help us avoid a situation where I’m talking about your job the whole time because it was the main thing I noticed in your field after you chose the “psychic” option, and it isn’t until the end of the reading when you tell me you were hoping a loved one would come through, and you’re sad that they didn’t. My intention is to set us up for a successful time together.

Now that I know what I'm looking for, what are some more ways to prepare?
Once you feel confident that you have an understanding of your intentions for the session, it’s important to recognize that we create the energy between us together. That means coming in open and clear. If you are someone who meditates, it may be helpful to do a meditation before we meet, or maybe just some light self-reflection or even just take a walk. It may help to write down the names of people you’d like to hear from, and ask them to come through strongly for me, or to write down some questions or topics you’d like to know about. This should feel good - there’s no need to over-complicate this.
If you are hungover, drunk, high, or otherwise inebriated, I will not be able to tap into your energy or your loved ones. If you are coming in intending to test me and have me prove my psychic ability to you the whole time, I will pick up on those blocks and to be honest, I am not motivated enough to break through them. If I find that you are inebriated or overly combative, I reserve the right to end the session without issuing a refund.

Am I ready for a reading?
If everything sounds good so far, it's time to assess your readiness for a reading. This is most relevant for those of you seeking a mediumship connection. When you are ready for it, connecting with loved ones in spirit can be so beautiful and healing. If you aren't sure if you're ready, here are some things to consider: how long has it been since your loved one has passed and what is your relationship to your grief like? Grief is complicated and I wouldn't expect you to come in with a complete, packaged understanding of your emotions, but are you at the early stages of grief where a lot of your energy is spent bargaining, angry, shocked, in denial, and/or desperate to connect with your loved one? Everyone's process is different so while I am reluctant to give a timeframe, it's common for the first 6 months-1 year to be spent primarily in this state.
You don't need to be in a place where you feel completely okay in order to benefit from a mediumship reading, but if you recognize yourself in the above paragraph, it's much better to give yourself some time. There is no bypassing grief, and a reading will not replace the need for processing (though when you're ready it can help you process).
If you get a reading too soon, it can create a dependency on mediumship, or you'll hear things you aren't ready to hear, or I'll have trouble connecting because it's just too soon, or you might leave disappointed because there hasn't been enough time for the person in spirit to process very much and provide any new information. If you're wondering whether your loved one is okay, I will tell you now that I have never connected to someone in spirit who isn't okay.
If you are seeking a psychic connection, all I ask is that you recognize yourself as an active participant in your own life and are willing to take responsibility and action where appropriate. I'm not in the business of telling people what they want to hear. If you hate your job but I feel like it's because of you, that's what I will tell you (nicely and with solutions, but still). If you hate your job and want me to tell you that you were born to be a healer or a star even though you've never worked towards those goals, it won't come up. Lastly, if you hate your job but it's really because we live in a capitalist hellscape, sorry, there's nothing I can do about that and you'll need to let me help you in ways that are realistic and appropriate.

You have three different time options for sessions. How do I choose?
90 minutes - If you panicked at the thought of really having to choose between mediumship and psychic, this is the session for you. You will still be asked to prioritize one over the other, but in this session we will have time to explore. This is a deep dive of a reading. I highly recommend this option if we haven't worked together before, especially if you have significant people in spirit you'd like to hear from and equally feel like you are in need of guidance in your personal life. You'll still want to come in prepared because 90 minutes goes by very fast.
60 minutes - 90 minutes is ideal, but I understand this isn't affordable for everyone. Particularly if we haven't worked together before, you'll want to be clear on what you'd like to focus on. I won't ask you to tell me (beyond choosing between a primarily mediumship or psychic reading), but this way you can steer me to what you want insight on if what I end up picking up on is a little different. We will still have time to explore, just not as much as in 90 minutes. This can also be a good option if you're very clear on either wanting to connect to someone in spirit or wanting life guidance, but not so much both.
30 minutes - This option is available to returning clients ONLY, and it's appropriate if you have 1-2 specific questions and/or topics you want to focus on. I will ask you to tell me what those questions/topics are early on in the session. This reading is primarily psychic in nature.

A couple last things!
Recording the reading is usually a good idea. I talk a lot and fast (I'm Jewish, hi!), and most people who record are happy they did. You'll need to have Zoom downloaded on your computer as opposed to opening the call on browser, and you'll only be able to record if you're on a computer as opposed to phone or tablet. I can also record from my end and send it to you, but I can't guarantee this.
Every reading is for one person at a time. I know many readers who allow 1-2 people to come into the reading at no extra charge, but I find that my readings tend to be individual focused, and I find that having more than one person distracts me and dilutes the session.
At this time, I do not offer gift cards.

"I want to thank you for your reading yesterday. There was some heavy stuff that I've been wanting to connect to for a long time, and you handled it with love and respect and I so appreciate it. Our session has provided me with so much peace, and I am so excited to continue this journey I am on moving forward. Thank you so much for the work that you do." -Nat, NY
